We have introduced well-being campaigns, ‘be active’, ‘be healthy’, ‘be mindful’ and ‘be inspired’ to help our employees be happier, healthier and more engaged at work. MSC Group SEE provide employees with opportunities to develop new skills, take on new responsibilities and pursue new interests. This enhances our employees’ mental well-being by boosting self-confidence and helps build employee connections beyond their immediate work groups.
Our well-being approach aims to reduce the amount and levels of stress in the business. All members of our management team are specially trained to identify signs of stress and are dedicated in helping our employees deal with any challenges they face, in and out of the workplace. MSC Group SEE recognizes that employees have responsibilities outside of work. We promote the concept of flexible working to ensure that every employee has a suitable work/life balance.
Time to Change
MSC Group SEE have signed the Time to Change Pledge as an ongoing commitment to addressing the stigma associated with mental health. We want to ensure that MSC Group SEE is an open, accepting environment free from stigma and discrimination associated with mental health. We reassure our people to come and speak to us if they are suffering from short or longer-term issues so we can help them in the best way possible.
Employee Well-being
At MSC Group SEE, we actively promote healthy behaviors. All employees are given the opportunity to attend annual health assessments and we encourage them to walk or cycle to work, exercise at lunchtime instead of sitting at desks and supply healthy recipes and tips to optimize energy levels.
